Driven by his heritage, Anthony looked to the sea a young man, proudly serving six years of active duty – including four years of sea duty – after graduating from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

Today, with an M.T.S. Graduate Degree from the Roman Lateran University’s Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family  — at The Catholic University of America — and graduate business studies at the George Washington University, and over 35 years of real estate development, construction, renovation, and management experience, Anthony continues to chart a bold course for Souza Development. Anthony R. Souza lives in Annapolis, MD with his wife of 52 years, Roseanne. They have 2 sons, Anthony Raymond Souza II (Tony) — SouzaLacrosse.com — and Dominic Joseph Souza, Esq. — SouzaLaw.com.  Tony & Linley have 2 sons, Blake and Graham. Dominic & Hillary have 5 sons, Gabriel, Nicholas, Nathaniel, Vincent and Thomas.

Roseanne is the Managing Director and Creative Director for The Souza Agency, Inc.  This is a Branding & Strategic Marketing & Advertising Firm in Annapolis, MD which Anthony founded in 1982.
