One day back in the Fall of 2005, Dominic J. Souza, Esq., Anthony Souza’s youngest son with a very entrepreneurial spirit, called Anthony and told him about a property on Housley Road that was in serious need of renovation. Working very closely together — as partners — together they conceived, developed, renovated, and brought to life the Office Park.
The Office Park consists of three properties (only two shown in above photo). It is right across from the Annapolis Mall, down the street from Anne Arundel Medical Center, only minutes from the Maryland State Capitol Building, the Annapolis Historic Area, major highways, retail, residential areas and much more.

Dominic attended Lehigh University receiving his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics in 1997. He graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2000 receiving his Juris Doctor.
